Description

To construct a new four-storey detached dwelling (houseplex) with front and rear basement walkouts, front and rear porches with stairs, front and rear balconies on the second and third storeys, and front and rear rooftop terraces on the fourth storey. Also, to construct a new rear two-storey detached ancillary building containing one garden suite with two interior bicycle parking spaces.
