Description

To construct a new three-storey detached dwelling (fourplex) containing four rental dwelling units with a rear exterior staircase (leading to all levels), a covered front porch with a stair case, and a rear basement walkout. Also, to construct a new two-storey ancillary building containing one garden suite in the rear yard. There will be a total of five residential dwelling units on this lot (four units within the main dwelling and one unit within the ancillary building). The existing rear one-storey ancillary building (garage) will be demolished.
