Description

To permit the construction of three buildings with a total gross floor area of 4,258 square metres. Two single-storey industrial buildings are to be constructed on the west portion of the property. The proposal is for manufacturing uses to be located in Building "A" and Building "B". Fronting Midland Avenue will be a two-storey commercial building (Building "C") for a medical office, a pharmacy and a restaurant. NOTE: This Revised Public Hearing Notice is issued in order: i) to correct the location of the buildings from east to west and to ii) correct the ward number from Ward 23 to Ward 22.
