Description
To construct a new three-storey detached building (houseplex, with the second and third stories cantilevered at the north side of the building), and front and rear rooftop decks (above the third floor) with a rooftop staircase access enclosure. Also, to construct a new detached ancillary structure (carport containing one undersized vehicular parking space, and garbage storage), abutting the laneway.
