Description
To alter the development standards, as approved by Site-Specific Zoning By-law 605-2026(OLT), for the proposed multi-tower mixed use development by modifying the building heights, including increasing the height of Tower 2 to 45-storeys, modifying the building setbacks and separation distances of main walls, as well as reducing the indoor and outdoor amenity space requirements.
