Description
To construct a new three-storey non-residential building (including a mezzanine level), with various uses such as: adaptable spaces for community-oriented and commercial uses, a convertible auditorium space, an atrium gathering area, workshops, studios, meeting rooms, café, entertainment places of assembly, eating/take-out establishment(s), and recreation. There will be greenroof areas, an outdoor rooftop terrace, and the rooftop mechanical penthouse will be enclosed (above the second storey).
