Description
To alter the existing rear one-storey detached ancillary building (one-car garage abutting the laneway) by constructing a complete second storey addition (to contain one laneway suite) with a side (east) dormer, and a covered second storey balcony at the northwest corner. The second storey of this ancillary building will be cantilevered on the east side. There will be a total of four residential dwelling units on this lot (three units within the main dwelling, and one unit within the ancillary building).
