Description
To convert the existing one-storey detached dwelling (one unit) into a three-storey detached dwelling (duplex) by constructing a rear one-storey addition with a ground floor deck, and second and third storey additions. Also, to reconstruct the front porch, the front basement walk-out, and the rear one-storey ancillary building (detached garage, abutting the laneway). There will be a total of two residential dwelling units on this lot.
