Description
To permit the construction of a new two-storey, semi-detached residential dwelling. NOTE: On November 14, 2019, the Committee of Adjustment approved variances (refer to Minor Variance Application A0125/19SC) to permit the proposed two-storey dwelling. This current application seeks additional variances to the Zoning By-law that were not identified through the City's 2019 review process.
