Description
To convert the existing ground floor storage spaces into 4 bachelor units and convert vacant former retail space into 1 bachelor unit. The proposal includes converting one regular parking space into one accessible parking space .This application was deferred on May 17, 2021 and August 19, 2021, in order to allow the applicant to meet with Transportation Services.
