Description
To alter the existing 11-storey residential apartment building by converting the second floor laundry room as well as the locker rooms on the fourth to tenth storeys into eight bachelor units. The existing storage rooms on the ground floor will be converted into laundry room and locker rooms. There will be a total of 129 residential dwelling units on this lot.
