Description
To alter the existing one-storey ancillary building (detached garage) in the rear yard, abutting Redpath Avenue, by constructing a two-storey addition on the south side and a second storey addition above the exiting garage (for one garden suite and one parking space). Also, a portion of the existing ground floor deck will be demolished, and additional steps will be constructed to the remaining deck.
