Description
To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey detached dwelling by constructing a rear three-storey addition, a rear basement walkout, and a rear ground floor deck. Also, to construct a new two-storey detached ancillary building (containing an integral garage and one laneway suite on the cantilevered second storey) in the rear yard, abutting the laneway. There will be a total of six residential dwelling units on this lot (five dwelling units within the main house and one dwelling unit (laneway suite) within the ancillary building).
