Description

To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey semi-detached dwelling by constructing a front ground floor canopy, a front basement walkout, a rear two-storey addition with a ground level deck and stairs and a second storey balcony, as well as a complete third storey addition with a rear balcony. There will be a total of two residential dwelling units on this lot. The existing rear one-storey ancillary building (garage) will be maintained and unaltered.
