Description
To construct a new one- and two-storey front additions to the existing dwelling, complete with interior and exterior renovations, and a new reconfigured rear deck. This application was deferred at the November 24, 2020 virtual hearing as a variance for setback from top-of-bank was missed. It is now included as Item 6 below.
