Description
To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey semi-detached dwelling by constructing a rear basement walkout, a rear two-storey addition with rear decks on the first and second levels, and a third storey addition (north side dormer extension) with a rear deck. The existing rear one-storey ancillary building (detached garage) will be maintained and unaltered.
