Description
To alter the existing three storey detached dwelling by constructing interior and exterior alterations to the basement, first storey, second storey, and third storey. Also, construction of a balcony on the rear of the second storey, a balcony on the rear of the third storey, and alterations to the rear basement walkout. A one-storey garden shed and a swimming pool will also be constructed in the rear yard.
