Description
To construct a new three-storey detached dwelling with a covered front porch, a front integral garage, a rear ground floor deck, a rear basement walkout with an outdoor unheated garden storage room (below the rear ground floor deck), and a green roof (on a portion of the rear second and third storey). Also, to construct a one-storey ancillary structure (with a covered area) in the rear yard, to contain a storage area, a sauna, and a hot tub and cold plunge tub. There will be two residential dwelling units within this dwelling (one primary unit and one secondary suite within the basement).
