Description

To permit parking for the existing hotel on a different lot during phased construction of the proposed hotel, addition to the existing hotel, and above grade parking garage and a parking reduction. A Previous Committee of Adjustment application (A0243/19EYK) approved variances for the existing Crowne Plaza Hotel and new Hyatt Hotel relating to side yard setbacks, parking and loading spaces, and soft landscaping. An additional Committee of Adjustment application (A181/16EYK) approved a variance permitting a car rental in conjunction with a hotel use.
