Description
To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey detached dwelling by constructing a rear third-storey addition with a rear third floor balcony. Also, to construct side (north) exterior stairs from grade connecting to the rear (west) second storey roof deck. There will be a total of three residential dwelling units on this lot (one unit occupying the basement, one unit occupying the rear (west) portion of the second floor and one unit occupying the ground floor, the front (east) portion of the second floor and the third floor).
