Description
To alter the existing one-storey detached dwelling by constructing a complete second storey addition with a front second storey balcony and wall projections on the ground floor below, a covered front porch with stairs, a rear porch with stairs (covered by a cantilevered portion of the second storey addition), and a rear ground floor deck with stairs. There will be two residential dwelling units within this dwelling (one primary unit and one secondary suite within the basement).
