Description
To construct a new 16-storey mixed-use building (excluding the mechanical penthouse) on Block A (West Block of the development site, municipally known as 1325 and 1337 Queen Street West). This building will contain community spaces (located on the basement and ground levels) and a total of 171 rental residential dwelling units, of which 85 units will be affordable rental dwelling units. There will be no parking spaces provided on-site and off-site (property municipally known as 245 Dunn Avenue).
