Description

To establish a third dwelling unit inside an existing 2½ -storey semi-detached two-unit dwelling by conducting interior alterations. Exterior alterations to the roof will be completed as well. Unit 1 is currently shared among the basement and ground floor; Unit 2 is on the second floor; and Unit 3 will be on the third floor.
