Description
To construct a new six-storey apartment building (cantilevered at the northwest corner and rear (south) portions of the building) with a front covered porch, ground floor front and rear entrance landings with stairs (located at the west side of the building), front balconies on the second to fifth storeys, and a mechanical penthouse with equipment screening on the roof of the sixth storey. There will be one vehicular visitor parking space and seven long-term bicycle parking spaces provided in the rear yard (located below the cantilevered portion of the building abutting the laneway). There will be a total of seven residential dwelling units on this lot.
