Description

To convert the existing one-and-one-half-storey detached dwelling into a two-storey dwelling (triplex) by constructing a complete second storey addition, two-storey additions on the front, rear, and north side of the building, a front second storey balcony, a rear ground floor covered deck, and basement walkouts located at the front, rear, and north side of the building.
