Description
To alter the existing 10-storey apartment building by converting the second floor laundry room, the third floor storage room and locker rooms on the fourth through ninth floors (all located on the south side of the building) into eight residential dwelling units. Also, to convert the ground floor storage and mechanical room (located on the south side of the building) into a laundry room with amenity space (meeting room/lounge) and a maintenance area. Also, the southeast portion of the ground floor lobby will be converted into an additional amenity space (meeting room/lounge). There will be five short-term bicycle parking spaces and no long-term bicycle parking spaces provided. Four lawfully existing tenant parking spaces will be converted into three visitor parking spaces and one accessible parking space. There will be a total of 116 residential dwelling units and 123 parking spaces on this lot.
