Description
To alter the 10-storey, 56-unit mixed-use development, approved under Site Specific By-law No. 1173-2015, by permitting two additional storeys, increasing the height of the retail level, converting a part of a residential unit on the second storey to amenity space, and converting two regular parking spaces on level P2 into one accessible parking space, for a total of 70 residential units.
