Description
To alter the development standards for the 50-storey mixed-use building (approved under Site-Specific Zoning By-law 1133-2023) by permitting a non-residential use (eating establishment/take-out eating establishment with an outdoor patio abutting Redpath Avenue) at-grade and increasing the total number of small vehicle parking spaces to 8 parking spaces. This building will contain 599 residential dwelling units including 15 rental replacement units.
