Description

To construct a new three-storey detached dwelling with a front covered porch, rear stairwell access, a rear lower ground floor terrace, and rear balconies located on the ground, second, and third storeys as approved by Minor Variance Decision A0755/23TEY. The current application is to: reconstruct the existing one-storey ancillary building (detached garage) in the rear yard, to permit an increase in the lot area covered by an ancillary building and to reduce the permitted rear yard soft landscaping. There will be five dwelling units on this lot.
