Description
To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey detached apartment building (containing eight dwelling units) with a ground floor (south) canopy by constructing a rear four-storey addition with a fourth storey rooftop terrace on the southwest corner of the building (on the roof of the third storey). Also, to permit and to maintain an additional two existing dwelling units within the existing apartment building. The existing garage in the rear yard will be demolished and the existing driveway located at the southwest corner of the lot abutting Lennox Street will be removed. No parking spaces will be provided on-site. There will be a total of 17 residential dwelling units within the apartment building on this lot.
