Description
To permit proposed expansions to the existing building that will result in an increase of the gross floor area from approximately 3,996 square metres to approximately 4,803.5 square metres (an increase of approximately 806.7 square metres of gross floor area). The proposed additions are located at the four (4) corners of the existing building for uses that include but are not limited to: prayer rooms and halls, meeting and storage rooms, a relocated kitchen area and classrooms. NOTE: The proposed development will not introduce any new uses. The proposal is to increase or expand on and/or relocate existing uses/spaces that are currently permitted in the Zoning By-law.
