Description

To alter the development standards, as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 135-2026 (OLT), for the 60-storey mixed-use building by converting the office spaces into residential units from floors 3 to 7, and to increase the number of storeys to 65-storeys; the building height from 202.5 m to 214 m (including the mechanical penthouse); and the maximum gross floor area. This is currently under the review of Site Plan Control (File No. 20 233433 STE 10 SA). There will be a total of 807 residential dwelling units on this lot.
