To legalize and to maintain the rear third storey addition and the front second storey balcony that were constructed without an authorized building permit and beyond Minor Variance Decision A1072/20TEY. Also, to alter the existing two-storey detached dwelling by extending the front ground floor porch with new front stairs, constructing a new cold room underneath in the basement, and constructing a rear second storey balcony.
