Description

To permit the construction of two rental residential towers with heights of 38 and 44-storeys joined by a 4-storey podium at the south-west corner of Consilium Place and Corporate Drive. The proposal will include 778 dwelling units, 731 square metres of commercial gross floor area, two levels of underground parking, indoor & outdoor amenity areas and surface parking areas (for visitors, car-share & retail).
