Description

To construct a new two-storey ancillary building containing a garden suite (garage on the ground floor and dwelling unit above) with a front porch in the rear yard of a lot containing an existing two-storey detached main dwelling. Vehicular access to the parking space will be from Mewburn Avenue. There will be a total of two dwelling units on the lot.
