Description
To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey detached dwelling by constructing rear second and third storey additions, a new front porch with stairs and canopy, new side (north and south) window wells, a new south side covered basement walkout, and a new rear ground floor deck with stairs. Also, to construct a new front stone walkway. The existing rear asphalt driveway will be modified to align with the width of the north wall of the one-storey detached ancillary building (garage that will be maintained and unaltered).
