Description
To alter the existing two-storey mixed-use building by converting two of the existing commercial units (municipally known as 265 and 267 Augusta Avenue) into eating establishments on the ground floor with storage within the basement. The existing residential dwelling units and eating establishment (municipally known as 269 Augusta Avenue) will be maintained and unaltered. There will be a total of three eating establishments on this lot.
