Description

To alter the development standards, as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 596-2023, for the existing 24-storey mixed-use building to modify the building setbacks and to reduce the indoor amenity provisions. This is currently under the review of Site Plan Control (File No. 21 166615 STE 13 SA). There will be a total of 1,024 residential dwelling units on this lot with retail and a daycare facility on the ground floor.
