Description

To convert the existing two-storey mixed-use building into a residential building (fourplex) by constructing a rear two-storey addition with a ground floor deck and stairs, and second and third storey balconies. Also, to construct a complete third storey addition. In addition, to construct a two-storey ancillary building to contain one garden suite.
