Description
To legalize and to maintain the altered one-storey detached dwelling (currently under construction without an authorized building permit) by constructing a complete second and third storey addition, a rear three-storey addition with rear covered balconies on the ground floor, second floor and third floor, and a rear ground floor porch with stairs.
