Description

To alter the development standards for a mixed-use building (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 604-2022 ), by increasing the overall building height, density, and number of storeys from 11 to 13 storeys. Also, to reduce the development standards for required amenity space from 468 m2 to 453 m2, to reduce the required number of resident parking spaces from 52 to 42, and to alter the required dimensions of bicycle parking spaces.
