Description
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use building by constructing a front ground floor addition, a side (west) third storey addition, a rear basement walkout (the existing rear basement walkout will be demolished), and a rear basement window well. Also, to permit a residential use (Dwelling Unit 1) in the rear portion of the ground floor and basement level of the building. Four short term bicycle parking spaces will be installed in the rear yard, and one existing rear yard parking space located on the south portion of the lot (abutting Reggae Lane) will be relocated to the southwest corner of the lot (abutting Reggae Lane). There will be a total of five residential dwelling units, and one commercial unit on the lot.
