Description
To alter the existing six-storey apartment building by constructing seven new residential units at the basement level and a south side stairwell leading to at-grade level. Further, the existing garbage compactor room will be renovated, parking spaces will be converted into a recycling and garbage area, an existing ground floor dwelling unit will be converted into a management office and the main lobby and mailroom area will be altered. The altered apartment building will have 78 dwelling units.
