Description
To alter the existing two-storey detached dwelling by extending the basement at the rear and constructing a rear two-storey addition with a rear first storey deck, rear second storey balcony, side (south) first storey deck, side (south) second storey balcony, and integral garage with access from Aylesworth Avenue. The existing deck and garage will be demolished. Also, to construct a parking space in the front yard, fronting Heale Avenue. There will be a total of three dwelling units on the lot. NOTE: This application was previously deferred at the Committee of Adjustment hearing on March 12, 2025.
