Description
To construct a new three-storey detached dwelling (houseplex) with front and rear basement walkouts, front and rear porches with stairs, and front and rear balconies on the second and third storeys. The second storey will be cantilevered on the north side of the building. Also, to construct a new two-storey detached ancillary building (containing one garden suite), in the rear yard. There will be a total of seven residential dwelling units on this lot (six units within the main building, and one unit within the ancillary building).
