Description

OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of a 7-storey residential building. The building will provide a total of 56 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. A paved access from Wilket Road along the east property line will be provided, leading to 2 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 125 parking spaces; as well as 43 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 12,964.00 square metres and a FSI of 2.53. Additionally, the proposed development provides 238.30 square metres of indoor amenity space and 286.80 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
