Description
Proposal to redevelopment of a part of an existing 1-storey commercial building, and to construct 2 additional storeys above it without changing the building footprint. The proposed redevelopment consists of retaining 3799sqm of the existing 4929sqm building, and redeveloping the remaining 1130 sqm, and constructing 2x 1130 sqm floorplates above it. The total modified/new GFA is 3390sqm, and the overall total GFA including the existing retained building is 7189sqm. The building will have a height of 13.2m, 3-storeys, and 53 parking spaces.
