Description
To modify the mixed-used development approved by Site Specific Zoning By-laws 1227-2017 and 1228-2017 in order to construct a new six-storey affordable housing building with 33 dwelling units by - Relocating gas meter box from the rear north side to the west side of the building; - Relocating the pet amenity space from the ground floor to the rooftop; - Revising the emergency generator and associated acoustic screening on the mechanical penthouse; and- Adding additional privacy screen details.
