Description

The proposed development consists of a 14-storey mixed-use building comprising 149 residential dwelling units (including 20 rental replacement units), 152.50m² of retail space at grade, and 3,221.95 m² of community/non-profit office space on the lower floors, to be occupied and operated by LEF and partner organizations. The total gross floor area is 13,649.01 m². One level of underground parking accommodating 18 vehicle spaces is proposed, with vehicular access from Somerville Avenue.
