Description

Site Plan Control application for Block 3A of 1245 Dupont Street that includes the construction of a 50 storey (156.95 metres) market rental building with 588 units and at grade retail. The building will have a total GFA of 41,239 square metres, of which, 408 square metres are for commercial uses. The proposal includes 100 parking spaces in two levels of underground parking. A total of 620 bicycle parking spaces are provided. Site is within an approved draft plan of subdivision. In accordance with the Section 37 agreement registered on title for this development, prior to first residential use or first condo registration on Block 3, the following are to be completed and/or conveyed to the City: - surface easements to the City over Private Strreet A (Record Lane), the Mews B Lands, and the POPs. - design for POPS and Mews B will be provided in next submission.
